Week 20: Emily, Lived By: Braden

Oh Emily, your days will be decided by the colors associated with them. The clothes you wear on these days should be the color, or a significant amount of the color. Don’t make yourself look gaudy, However, if you need to pair it with some basic colors, feel free. Try your hardest to restrict yourself to food that is only the color of the day. White foods as well are neutral, like chicken whitefish or tofu. If you can be vegan, its optimum. Document for your own record of how the different colored days affect you inside and out.

THURSDAY – Blue (communication)
Blue is Associated with emotions and communication. You will use this day to, first of all, think of and thank your kidneys, and then you will call, facebook, email, chat in some way with a person who you have needed to contact lately. It can be an old old old friend that you have not spoken to in a while, someone you spoke to an hour ago but something was not cleared up, anyone. Open a line of communication.

Foods – Blueberries
Blackberries Black Beans Acai Blue or Black Varieties of Rice, (wild rice)

FRIDAY – Green (payday, crazy events)
Green is associated with the astringent qualities of the liver. Sharp! crazy, fun, BOLD! Friday night has a reputation am i right? Have a fun night, be a little crazy, be bold and speak to someone that you make eye contact with that you really would like to talk to, but usually wouldn’t.

Foods – Green…Should not be very hard. Even if things were once green, like some seeds or grains, or soy products.

SATURDAY – Indigo (rest)
Take this day for yourself. It’s your sabbath, anything that involves work or cleaning is to be avoided unless your life depends on it. This also involves cooking….so food for this day must be cooked or prepared on your wild friday with your green liver energy. If you cook on this day, or prepare anything..even a salad, the saducees and pharisees of Jerusalem will curse you.

Foods – Combine blue and violet foods. Best day ever!

SUNDAY – Yellow (spiritual)

MONDAY – Violet (whole world, larger picture)Mondays..are weird, and you missed sunday. So today you combine the energy of Sundays along with your so-so Monday. This day, you need to take things easily.. Some sort of spiritual practice is necessary. I recommend yoga, but whatever it is that puts you in your special zone will be your practice today. 1 Hour at least of whatever it is. Consider that all things today might just be part of a greater plan, and was probably set in motion by yourself.

Foods – Yellow Papaya Pineapple
Squash
Potato Curry
Chickpeas Brown Rice

Violet Red Cabbage Red Onion Beets
Pomegranate Broccoli (weird right?) Kale Eggplant Cherries

TUESDAY – Red – (buckle down and put heart into it)Vigorously start and finish something today. Anything. Craft, a food, a conversation, just do it vigorously and with love. Give someone a hug…or have a good heart to heart.

Foods – Radish Red Meats Salmon Strawberries Raspberries Tomatoes
Kidney beans

WEDNESDAY – Orange (creativity)
Be creative on how your creativity will be expressed.

Foods – Pumpkin
Oranges (duh)
Cantaloupe Tangerines Mango Peaches Nectarine
Kumquat

As well, I forgot to specify that you can eat anything. I just gave you a couple as examples.
